We also offer riding lessons for those who want to start their riding education. Beginners can book one or more lessons with our gentle and willing temperament horses.

For advanced and experienced riders we offer 3 different riding routes through the countryside , the village and along the coast.

Routes

Route 1

Duration 60-70 mins.
This route covers the area around Paleochora. Offering a scenic tour of the village, the route includes a ride along the coast and through Paleochora’s charming and picturesque alleyways. Weather permitting, we can climb up the “Fortezza” hill and visit the historical “Castello,” also known as the castle, which delivers spectacular views of the Libyan Sea and the entire Paleochora peninsula.

Route 2

Duration 90-120 mins.
Our destination is Gialiskari beach. Formed at the base of the Anidri Gorge, Gialiskari is situated a few kilometers east of Paleochora. Split into two separate beaches, Gialiskari offers crystal blue waters, with a sandy beach on one side and a pebble beach on the other. We will ride to the sandy beach, where we will stop to rest and enjoy a refreshing drink before making our way back to Paleochora. Gialiskari is only accessible via a dirt road that runs along the coastline east of the village, this route delivers spectacular views of the Libyan Sea. (only for experience riders)

Route 3

Duration 150 mins.
The route to Anidri village offers beautiful scenery and views. The village is located 5 kilometers east of Paleochora in a tranquil setting surrounded by olive groves and chestnut trees. As we journey through the Anidri gorge to the top of the mountain, there are several natural rest areas to stop and take-in the unmatched views and serene landscape.
